The driver has been suspended for a month without pay.
A 45 year old metro train driver in Madrid has been suspended without pay for a month after it emerged that he had invited a transvestite prostitute into his cab to perform oral sex on him.

It happened between the Sol and Moncloa stations on Line 3 on August 29, and came to light after the transvestite placed a denucia when the driver allegedly failed to pay the amount agreed. The row led to the train being delayed at the Moncloa station for a time.

Under Metro regulations the company cannot fine the driver for what he does in the cab, but they can take action for the delay to the service.
