Just 5 minutes drive from Orgiva towards Cadiar is the unassuming village of Tablones, and from the outside, the equally unassuming Jyoti.

Once through the frontage there is a mixture of rustic charm and sturdy modernist furniture with terracotta tiles, low slung comfortable seating and a wood burning fire. I could image a quiet, cozy evening here with the fire roaring, snow behind on the mountains and a Mojito in my hand to keep the cold at bay.
