Salobrena, Spain January 14, 2009 Established and successful estate agent Salobrena Villas rebrands as Lingwood Salobrena and launches new web site www.lingwoodsalobrena.com.

Salobrena Villas was established by Mike Lingwood and Margaret Lingwood who moved to Salobrena over twenty years ago. To build upon the goodwill generated during twenty years specialising in the sale of villas in Salobrena, Costa Tropical and to distinguish the business from newer websites using names similar to Salobrena Villas the business has been rebranded as Lingwood Salobrena. As a part of creating the new brand the offices have been thoroughly updated together with images and marketing materials and new displays to showcase client properties. The initial response from both vendors and purchasers has been very positive particularly in response to the new website featuring the Salobrena villas they have for sale – many on an exclusive basis.

On Saturday 10^th January 2009 around one hundred guests attended the relaunch party at the company’s well located offices at the entrance to the exclusive residential hillside of Monte de los Almendros in Salobrena where they had an opportunity to see the improvements which have been made. Almost all the guests were previous clients who had purchased properties through Salobrena Villas and who have supported them throughout the years. In addition to local press the local mayor of Salobrena also attended the event, which extended about three hours beyond what had been expected.

Mike Lingwood a UK qualified Chartered Surveyor assured the owners that despite the difficult conditions that many estate agents were facing in Spain and negative media reports about the Spanish property market we had continued to sell villas throughout 2008 and were the only estate agents to sell any property in the small area in which we specialise. Whilst we expect that conditions will remain difficult in the coming months Salobrena is unlikely to be as badly affected as other areas of Spain which have been overdeveloped and Salobrena remains very appealing to clients looking for a more traditional coastal town.

The company will continue to offer the same market leading level of service before and after the purchase of properties and the recent changes will help build upon the strong foundations already established and place us in a stronger position to continue selling properties during the coming months while reaching more and new clients and further develop relations with existing clients and partners.
